North Korea warns it's ready for combat

from UPI

North Korea says upcoming South Korea-U.S. military exercises are provocative and that it stands ready for combat.

A commentary carried Tuesday by the Minju Joson, the newspaper of Pyongyang's Cabinet, condemned the annual Key Resolve and Foal Eagle military drills set for March 9-20, calling them "war-provoking maneuvers" and "a serious military threat to our republic," Yonhap, the South Korean news agency, reported.
